Google+ (social networking service) usages hashtags that users can get their specific contents each time they search. Typically, these hashtags are adding to users’ posts to categorize as well as describe posts. For instance, to search on Google+ by hashtags simply type # something on the search bar and hit enter. Therefore, it will display you a list of all posts shorted by “best of” which have been tagged by Google+ tag since the day they have put-out.
Well, that’s a great option to get your specific contents and the people you follow. On the other hand, it becomes so annoying experience when you’re looking for something specific but the hashtags results appearing with a lot of post contents which come from certain brand pages you follow or something you are not interested in. Currently, there is no official option to block the hashtags from acting in your news feeds, unless you use the Chrome extension dubbed G+ hashtags.
